With over 30 years of experience spanning legal practice, public prosecution, and diplomatic service, he advises corporates, family offices, and government-related entities on complex legal and regulatory matters in the UAE and internationally. His practice encompasses civil and criminal law, corporate and commercial law, maritime and shipping law, family and heritage matters, real estate and property law, banking and financial law, employment and labour law, as well as intellectual property and cyber law.
His experience includes representing clients before the UAE’s highest courts, serving within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and acting as Deputy Ambassador and Consul to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. He has worked closely with senior government entities, international organizations, and high-level stakeholders, providing strategic counsel on regulatory frameworks, dispute positioning, cross-border transactions, and sensitive multi-jurisdictional matters.
